The seller named in the imprint is responsible for this website.

What we collect

• Forms: what you send us, kept for 365 days so we can answer you.
• Analytics: page views and sources, counted on our own server. No cookies, and no IP addresses stored.
• Accounts: your name and email, and the plugin licences you’ve bought, for as long as you keep the account.
• Purchases: invoices, for as long as the law requires.

Who else sees it

Payment details go to the payment provider, and mail goes through our mail provider. We don’t sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted. Write to support@lettern.org.

The software

Lettern checks for updates at most every 12 hours, sending only its version, and you can turn that off. A site with a paid plugin also checks its licence, once a day at most, while someone is signed in to its admin. Neither sends anything about your visitors.
